If you are interested on a promotion of your research project you should as a first step send us an informal short synopsis including schedule and financial frame of your project, which should be concerned with HSP in the broadest sense.
This short paper you should send to the chairman of our board preferably by e-mail
We try to contact you in short time, to find out if your plan fits to our goals, if the financial frame is acceptable and if we promote perhaps other projects to cooperate with.
If this pre- checkk will be positive, we ask for a formal application similar to those applied to DFG http://www.dfg.de/en/research_funding/forms/index.html but not in full length, they postulate.
This application should be sent by e-mail to the chairman, who will dispose it to the members of the board.
According to the experience this procedure will take maximum 3 month.
You will be informed about the decision of the board immediately.
