The Tom Wahlig Foundation supports two to three individual projects each year, each worth around € 10-15,000, which are used to research hereditary spastic paraplegia.

NEW: The deadline for submitting projects is the 15th of July .

A decision by the foundations´s board will be based on reviews of anonymous experts from the field. Successful applicants will be notified by September 15th, and are expected to shortly present their projects at the annual HSP symposium in autumn.

For funded projects, we will additionally request a summary in layman´s terms to be published on the foundation´s webpage, and an annual progress report. We also expect that awardees will be available as reviewers in subsequent years.
