On the occasion of day of rare diseases, representatives of different rare diseases met on Saturday to the II. Orphanet 26 February in Hannover. Among the approximately 30 foundations, support groups and clubs was also the TWS.
Orpha.NET is a portal, initiated by the European Union, which brings together information on different rare diseases, and provides patients as doctors. In Germany, the portal is maintained by the humane Institute of the medical school of Hannover (Prof. Dr. Manfred Stuhrmann-Spangenberg and his team).
The TWS is delighted about the lively exchange with interested parties and other initiatives.
